We want you to love your RoyalSilky product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories, labels and inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear or damage, items returned without prior authorization, sale/discounted items, or gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email our customer care team at contact@royalsilky.shop and include your order number, full name, and reason for the return.
If approved, you will receive detailed instructions. All returns must be sent to our warehouse address:

Return shipping is not covered by RoyalSilky. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment. You must provide valid tracking information once the parcel is dispatched. We recommend a tracked and insured service; RoyalSilky is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels.
3. Return Processing & Refunds
- After your parcel arrives at our warehouse, returns are inspected and processed within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after processing.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
- If the returned product is incomplete, used, or not in original condition/packaging, RoyalSilky may deduct a portion of the refund or decline the request.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).
5. Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, worn or washed silk products cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse.
