RoyalSilky — Shipping Policy

RoyalSilky operates as an online-only brand under CommodusGoods LLC. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our authorized fulfillment partners. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after order processing is completed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 6–14 business days

  • Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

We offer Free Shipping on orders above 89 .


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–72 hours to display movement.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker

  • Neighbors, reception, or building office

  • The delivery address you entered at checkout

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

RoyalSilky ships all international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
This means that all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees are already included in the final price you pay at checkout.

Customers will not be required to pay any additional import charges upon delivery.

Our fulfillment partner handles:

  • All customs clearance

  • All VAT and duty payments

  • All required import documentation

RoyalSilky is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local authorities, but no extra fees will be charged to you.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order once the customer pays the reshipping fee.

  • If the order is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Please verify your address carefully before completing your order.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

RoyalSilky is not liable for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control

We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.


8. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Delivery failure

  • Unclaimed parcel

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

We can reship the order once the reshipping fee is paid.


9. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review and assist with a replacement if eligible.
